Lane Kiffin has become Ole Miss fans’ public enemy number one after his unsavory departure from the program to join LSU instead.
Perhaps things wouldn’t have gone as bad as they have if Lane Kiffin had just been respectful about the whole thing, but comments and jibes at his former employers, while very much a Kiffin thing to do, have resulted in it coming across as nothing but serious sour grapes.
But now it seems Ole Miss fans have something to laugh about. A social media creator and clearly an Ole Miss fan, has been able to find Kiffin on the street and get him to react to how the fans really feel about the experienced head coach.
“Say we’re gonna get our a** beat September 19, hotty toddy,” Rebels fan Jeff “Erson” Knox can be heard saying.
Kiffin walks away after realizing this wasn’t just a routine photo-op, leading to Ole Miss fans rejoicing in the comments.
“I hope stuff like this keeps happening so he decides to run up the score,” one fan said.
“What a stud!! You showed Lane. That for sure won’t come back to bite you ever lol,” another commented.
“Way to nice. If I ever run into him I’d immediately start ripping him,” one more said.
“Haha kiffin is such an idiot,” a fan remarked.
“Kiffin can dish it out but not take it,” a fan noted.

The Ole Miss fan is referring to a landmark clash between the Ole Miss Rebels and the LSU Tigers on September 19, 2026 where Lane Kiffin comes up against his former team.
Amid all the jaw-jacking, Ole Miss fans are hopeful that this will be the day that they can shut up Kiffin and his crew and take home the bragging rights after what has been a tumultuous few months without Kiffin in charge at the helm.
