For the Round 2 game against the USC Trojans on Monday, South Carolina Gamecocks’ head coach Dawn Staley was dressed in a Balenciaga tracksuit set. For the top, she wore the brand’s bomber-style jacket with wide-leg black trousers. Staley completed the look with maroon leather sneakers.
The Gamecocks’ head coach recently revealed that she doesn’t spend a lot of time shopping. She has some connections at the right places, and those people help her curate her wardrobe.
Staley’s No. 1 seed Gamecocks are hosting the No. 9 seed USC Trojans at Colonial Life Arena.
If Gamecocks win the game over Trojans on Monday, Staley’s team will punch the ticket to Sweet 16 for the 13th time in program history. They would advance in the Sacramento 4 Regional bracket.
Moreover, If the Gamecocks win, they are slated to face the No. 4 seed Oklahoma Sooners in the Sweet 16.
South Carolina Gamecocks opened their 2026 March Madness run with a dominant 103-34 win over the No. 16 seed Southern Jaguars on Saturday.
For the round 1 game, Dawn Staley opted for Gucci outfit. She wore a maroon sweater, white pants and designer sneakers.
Because of Staley’s choice of picking luxury brands for game-day outfits, she is often dubbed “Louis Vuitton Dawn.”
The nickname went viral during the 2024 National Championship game. Staley coached the Gamecocks to a title while wearing a head-to-toe Louis Vuitton ensemble.
It included a silver calfskin biker jacket (~$5,300), LV monogram trainers from the Tyler, the Creator collection (~$3,300) and LV drawstring pants (~$1,250).

After the Southern University Lady Jaguars won (65–53) their First Four game against Samford on Thursday, Dawn Staley stopped by to congratulate them.
During the visit, the players could not help but notice how good she smelled and repeatedly asked her what fragrance she was wearing.
In response, she gifted them Louis Vuitton “Imagination” perfumes.
In January 2026, Sawn Staley surprised her own South Carolina players. She collaborated with a donor to surprise them with LV designer shoes.
This happened after the team reached their 16th win of the 2025-26 season during their SEC regular-season schedule. It was 93-58 road win against the Arkansas Razorbacks on Jan. 8.
Dawn Staley joined the South Carolina Gamecocks in May 2008.
Before coming to Columbia, she had spent eight seasons as the head coach at Temple University in her hometown of Philadelphia.
As of Monday night’s game against the Trojans, she is in her 18th season with the Gamecocks.
During her tenure, she has secured three National Championships (2017, 2022, and 2024).
