“Always Whining About Something” – Fans React After Carlos Alcaraz Loss Sees Alexander Bublik Complain About ‘Worst’ Monte-Carlo Conditions

Bublik and Alcaraz locked horns with each other in the quarterfinal round of the tournament on Friday at the Court Rainier III. The latter registered an impressive 6-3, 6-0 win over the Kazakh. While both the players were walking towards their bench, Bublik said that they played in the worse conditions.

“We played in the worst conditions for me”

Replying to this, the World No. 1 replied:

“I’m looking forward to facing you on grass!”

A video was shared by one of the tennis insiders on X, which garnered the attention of fans.

    One of the fans wrote

    “Bublik always whining about something.”

Another user, analyzing the Kazakh’s game, wrote

Bublik accepts his fate far too easily in this kind of match, unfortunately, there’s no fighting spirit because he steps onto the court thinking he’s just not as strong. Careful, I’m not saying he would’ve won or even taken a set, simply that he’s capable of so much better.”

One of the followers, praising Alcaraz for his reply, commented

Nice response from Alcaraz… See you on your surface so I can give you a little one, and all that with a smile.”

Slamming Bublik, one of the fans chimed in

Clay, hard, grass, snow, sand, lava. It doesn’t matter where, the outcome will always be the same.“

Carlos Alcaraz opened up about his match against Alexander Bublik in Monte-Carlo QF

After claiming a stellar victory against Alexander Bublik at the Monte-Carlo Masters, Carlos Alcaraz sat for a press conference, where he weighed in on their showdown. He said he started the match well, though he lost the feeling of the ball for a while. The Spaniard made his feelings known about his 300th win on the ATP Tour.

“Well, first of all, I think I did start pretty well, I just had points to be two breaks up in the first set, I didn’t make it. And then all of a sudden I lost a little bit the feeling of the ball. But yeah, after that, I think he just pulled off great shots, great games, I had to run side to side a lot, try to defend my best and I think I just saved a few games that gave me a lot of confidence coming into the match again,” said Alcaraz.

    He added:

And then playing aggressive… I would say I played a great and a solid match against him — that is probably a player that you don’t know what’s gonna be next. Just happy to get through and playing another semi-final here. Obviously I’m really happy about my 300th win in the ATP Tour, and hopefully many more to come.”

Carlos Alacarz is now all set to face Valentin Vacherot in the Monte-Carlos semifinal round.
