Last night, football fans were given two options for the Super Bowl halftime show – a performance by Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, or the ‘All-American’ event headlined by Kid Rock.
The All-American Halftime Show was sponsored and organized by Turning Point USA, an American nonprofit organization that advocates conservative politics on high school, college, and university campuses. It was founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk and Bill Montgomery.
Kid Rock, Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert, and Gabby Barrett were among those performed live music during its halftime show.
Numbers have varied, but reports suggest Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show shattered Turning Point USA’s in terms of viewership.
Who Won Super Bowl LX MVP?
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III was Super Bowl LX MVP.
The 25-year-old running back rushed for 135 yards on 27 carries and added 26 yards on two receptions. In the first half alone, Walker had 14 carries for 94 yards. Walker became the first running back in the last 28 years to be named Super Bowl MVP, following Denver Broncos running back Terrell Davis in 1998.
In the playoffs alone, Walker rushed for 313 yards on 65 carries and four rushing touchdowns. He also had 11 receptions for 104 yards.
Walker will become an unrestricted free agent next month once the new league year begins. He will likely get a big contract, whether it is with Seattle or another team, although he’s stated he would like to return.
