It seems like any time Cincinnati Bengal quarterback Joe Burrow steps on a football field and competes, he’s at risk of a serious injury.
Playing in yesterday’s Fanatics Flag Football Classic in Los Angeles, Burrow may have given many Bengals fans a mini heart attack. After making a catch and running towards the end zone, Burrow was taken down by a defender as he suffered a hit below the knees.
The play/hit wasn’t brutal, but the way that Burrow landed wasn’t the most pleasant sight, especially being a quarterback. The Bengals coaches and brass were probably not happy seeing Burrow participate in a couple competitive flag football games.
