LSU Tigers’ Kim Mulkey has shown interest in Ex-Iowa State star Jada Williams, one of the 10 players from the Cyclones who have entered the transfer portal.
There have been many speculations as to where these stars would end up. The schools are especially lining up to get two of the best players in women’s college basketball, Williams and Audi Crooks. Williams transferred to Iowa State after playing two seasons with the Arizona Wildcats. Now she is on the lookout for her next home to play her senior year.
Every top team will be interested in a player like her. After losing their star players like Azzi Fudd, Olivia Miles, and Flau’jae Johnson, UConn, TCU, and LSU are some of the best landing spots for the Iowa State transfer. However, two more destinations have come up for Williams.
“BREAKING: Iowa State transfer guard, Jada Williams is currently on campus in Baton Rouge for a visit with LSU. The All-Big 12 guard averaged 15.3PPG, 3.5RPG, and 7.7APG, this past season for the Cyclones. Williams has already visited Baylor and has a scheduled visit with North Carolina, but Kim Mulkey is pushing to get a commitment before she makes the trip to Chapel Hill,” NCAA Insider reported.

Audi Crooks, Jada Williams, Addy Brown, Kenzie Hare, Reese Beaty, Alisa Williams, Reagan Wilson, Lilly Taulelei, Aili Tanke, and Freya Jensen all announced to enter the transfer portal after the Cyclones lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament to Syracuse.
Fans online totally approved Jada Williams’ potential move to the LSU Tigers.
“Looks like a really good player.. go get them Kim Mulkey!! Find you a handful of totally great players to supplement your roster, sprinkle them in like you’re making a gumbo.. when it comes out let it cook a little while, and it becomes a national championship..,” one fan said.
“Very athletic! We need these players with strength, stamina, and agility,” one LSU fan demanded.
“Now this is a better fit imo over McMiller.. she was 100% pass 1st pg at Iowa State,” another fan stated.
“We gotta snatch her. Do what u can Kim,” another fan suggested.
