Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark’s popularity has spread well beyond the Hoosier State. Since coming onto the basketball scene, Clark has not only caught the attention of fans with her stellar play but also of celebrities far beyond the game, including pop icon Taylor Swift.
The duo has developed a strong bond over the years. Clark attended Swift’s record-breaking concert in Indiana twice. She also sat alongside Swift in a suite while watching one of the Chiefs’ games last season.
On Thursday night, Clark poured in 32 points and 10 assists in the Fever’s 114-106 overtime victory over the Chicago Sky. The 24-year-old used the opportunity to debut a never-before-seen player-exclusive Kobe sneaker that paid tribute to Taylor Swift.
The PE was a nod to the pop culture phenomenon and was designed to complement Swift’s record-breaking “Eras Tour.” The custom kicks featured a friendship-bracelet gradient, Fever blue accents, and rainbow snakeskin detailing.
Swift’s fiancé, NFL star Travis Kelce, also reacted to the tribute, posting fire emojis on Bleacher Report Kicks’ post.

Is the Caitlin Clark Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Eras Tour” PE available to buy?
This “Eras Tour” PE is not currently on the release calendar, so a retail drop is not expected at this time. But given the story and the buzz, it would be hard to keep this one in PE territory forever.
Caitlin Clark signed with Nike in the fall of 2022. However, she has yet to receive her first signature sneaker. The initial launch was delayed due to high demand, as Nike takes time to perfect the release.
