Ohio State Buckeyes’ senior linebacker Sonny Styles is projected to be NFL-bound ahead of the 2026 draft. His consistent performances throughout his CFB journey have prompted a plethora of mock drafts, and analysts have preemptively put him as a top 5 draft pick.
Off the field, Styles recently posted a heartfelt Instagram story with his partner as the couple achieved a new milestone. His story saw Sonny Styles and his GF Kaia Henderson pose for a cozy selfie on a boat with the skyline and lights in the background as the couple completed 4 years of togetherness.
Styles captioned his story with a heartfelt message, writing:
“4 years with my lover ❤️❤️❤️ @kaia.henderson”, Sonny wrote on his Instagram story.

Henderson, who also happens to be a college basketball player, spent a total of 3 seasons with Ohio, where she met Styles. During her time with the Buckeyes, she won a total of 80 games while also making NCAA and Elite Eight appearances during the course of the 2022-23 season.
On the academic front, Kaia also has a communications degree from OSU and is reportedly planning on pursuing a Master’s degree, too, in sports administration.
