The 2026 Senior Pan-American Wrestling Championships looms around the corner with a promise to shatter the glass ceilings of the Xtream Arena with a classic high-octane showdown on the mat. The complete squad, schedule, and all the behind-the-scenes production are now finalized for the upcoming championships, scheduled to run from May 7 to 10 in Coralville, Iowa.
The squad features wrestlers who currently hold an iron grip on their weight class. Anchoring the squad at 125 kg is the dominant US Open force, Wyatt Hendrickson, who recently secured the men’s title. The lineup further extends to an addition of the two-time Pan American champion Zahid Valencia alongside the four-time NCAA Division I All-American Trent Hidlay.
World silver and bronze medalists Levi Haines and Real Woods are also set to compete alongside rising international prospects, including the 2025 Pan-American bronze medalist, Liam Cronin.
The tournament is scheduled to run for four days, with Greco-Roman action as the premier event, followed by women’s freestyle on day 2 and the men’s freestyle championships on Saturday. Here is all the necessary information one would need to experience the perfect American delight.
