Bergen Reilly and Boyfriend Cale Jacobsen Share Adorable Mirror Selfie as Nebraska Star Celebrates Undergrad Milestone

Bergen Reilly recently posted an adorable picture with her boyfriend, Cale Jacobsen, while celebrating her milestone of entering the final semester on the Nebraska volleyball team. She and her team recently capped off the 2026 spring schedule on April 25.

The Huskers kicked off their 2026 spring season on April 11, when they first locked horns with Iowa State at Sioux Falls in the Stanford Pentagon. They produced a dominant delivery, registering a 4-0 sweep. Their final match of the schedule came on April 25 against North Colorado at the Chicoine Center in Chadron, where the Huskers once again proved their prowess and claimed an impressive 4-0 sweep.

During the last match, the team’s setter, Reilly, registered 19 assists and six digs playing the first two sets. This marked the last spring schedule of her collegiate career, as she has entered the final year of her undergraduate career. Amid her journey, one of the most significant people was her boyfriend, Jacobsen, who is a junior guard for the Nebraska men’s basketball team.

She recently posted a picture of their time together while celebrating her undergraduate milestone. Taking to Instagram, she posted a bunch of pictures with her teammates, which also included an adorable mirror selfie with Jacobsen, and penned a caption that read:

“Dump in honor of my last semester of undergrad.”

The couple has been together for more than two years.

Bergen Reilly made her feelings known about her boyfriend Cale Jacobsen’s work ethics

While the March Madness season was going on and Cale Jacobsen was focused on delivering his best for the Cornhuskers, Bergen Reilly made sure to be his biggest supporter. After her boyfriend and the Nebraska basketball team made history by qualifying for the Sweet 16 for the first time, she spoke to Hurrdat Sports, praising her boyfriend’s work ethic.

Opening up about his hard work, she revealed that he is always thinking about his sports, and she loves his dedication.

“He works harder than anyone I know. He was always first in the gym, last out. He’s always thinking about basketball, he’s always thinking of other defense while he’s brushing his teeth at night, so he loves it, and I love it, and it’s finally paying off, and everyone gets to see what I’ve seen for so long,” Bergen Reilly said.

Bergen Reilly is currently gearing up for the final Big Ten and national volleyball championships of her career with the Nebraska volleyball team.
