What Is the Ravens Cap Space for 2026 After Lamar Jackson’s Latest Contract Restructure?

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was set to have a cap hit over $70 million this season. On Wednesday, Jackson and the team agreed to a restructured contract in which he will have a cap hit of just around $34 million for the Ravens this season, creating nearly $40 million in cap space.

The move comes after the team backed out of trading for Las Vegas Raiders’ defensive end Maxx Crosby, in which the team sent two first-round picks. The Ravens announced their decision of backing out of the deal last night, and the following morning, agreed to a restructured deal for Jackson.

With Jackson’s restructured deal, the Ravens sit at around $58-$60 million in cap space, which ranks third in the NFL. Spotrac has the Ravens at $58 million while overthecap has the Ravens with $60 million in cap space.

Ravens Agree To Hefty Deal With Trey Hendrickson

After backing out of a deal for Maxx Crosby, the Baltimore Ravens agreed to terms with edge rusher Trey Hendrickson this morning. The deal is worth $120 million with $60 million over the course of four seasons.

So in last 12 hours or so, the Ravens got back two first-round picks, signed Hendrickson over Crosby, and still have the league pissed about how they went about their business.
