Mike Vrabel’s offseason so far has been full of controversies after his pictures with popular NFL reporter Dianna Russini went viral.
The two were seen holding hands, hugging and spending time together in a hot tub at a luxurious resort in Arizona, after which they both faced massive backlash for allegedly cheating on their spouses.
While they both brushed off the allegations at first, Vrabel eventually gave it in and shared that he hasn’t held himself accountable to the standards he should’ve and also missed the Draft day 3 to seek counselling, aiming to be a better husband.
Weeks after the controversy, Vrabel was asked about how he is managing the work/life balance this offseason on Wednesday, to which he replied saying it’s been really good.
Vrabel then said he loves his kids, his wife, Jennifer, and his “personal friends.”
“So much that he cheated on her for 6 years.” One fan reacted.
“What a joke.” Another fan boldly said.
“Loves his wife so much he cheated on her for 6 years and then tried to lie his way out of the truth. A true family first kinda guy right there.” Another fan wrote sarcastically.
“Here would have been my question for Vrabel: Hey Mike how much credibility do you think you lost when your affair with Dianna Russini was uncovered and will this be a season long distraction for you and your team?” another fan said.
“Stands up there and just lies in the faces of everyone. Shameless clown. His wife and kids deserve a real man in their life.” Another fan shared their thoughts.
“”I love my wife so much, she’s the only woman that would allow me to cheat on her for 6 years with some reporter and then try to lie my way out of it before an onslaught of photographic evidence said otherwise, I couldn’t ask for a better woman” another fan added.
Ian Rapoport Shares Honest Thoughts on Mike Vrabel, Dianna Russini Situation
Not many NFL insiders have talked about the Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini scandal.
However, weeks after the scandal broke out, Ian Rapoport shared his thoughts on the situation and said it has been very heartbreaking to see the whole thing play out.
“I would not wish anybody on any level to go through anything like everyone involved in this is going through,” he added.
Rapoport shared there that he never saw something like this happen to someone he actually knows and that this was the first time he saw it happening from so up close.
