The Dianna Russini, Mike Vrabel scandal gets crazier everyday as something new about their alleged relationship makes it to the headlines.
It all started when the two were spotted together at a luxurious resort in Arizona where they were captured holding hands, hugging and enjoying their time together.
Despite calling the situation “laughable” initially, Mike Vrabel admitted in a press conference a couple of weeks later that he hadn’t acted according to the standards he holds for himself.
The Patriots head coach then announced that he will be going away for the weekend, which meant him missing the NFL Draft Day 3, to seek counselling in the pursuit of being a better husband and a father.
Many analysts and fans were concerned about how Vrabel returned to work on Monday, questioning the benefits of getting counselled for just two days.
Clarifying the situation, CBS analyst, Jonathan Jones said:
“Attempting to clear up some internet confusion the last 24 hours: It was never the plan for Mike Vrabel to attend one day of therapy and not go back. It is a process. He was gone Saturday. He’s back with the team now. He will be gone and return again in the future.“

Robert Griffin III took to X on Tuesday and questioned why the Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini controversy isn’t getting as much mainstream media coverage as it was the case for Ime Udoka, Sherrone Moore and even Klay Thompson.
”This Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel story is getting crazier and crazier. Everyday it’s something new,” Griffin wrote.
Couple of weeks after the news broke, Colin Cowherd explained why he isn’t talking about the issue and said it was because it’s a moral situation for both Russini and Vrabel, something that the mainstream media doesn’t talk about.
