Justin Herbert and Madison Beer first started dating in August 2025. The Chargers quarterback was spotted on the set of a music video, which led to widespread speculations about his love life with the pop singer.
Over the next few months, Herbet and Beer became more open with their relationship and no longer shied away from being clicked together. Recently, they made their first major public appearance together.
Beer, who recently released an album, attended the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala with her boyfriend. Although they didn’t walk the red carpet together, Beer and Herbert were seen posing for pictures next to each other.
“Madison Beer was joined by Chargers QB boyfriend Justin Herbert at the Clive Davis Pre-GRAMMY Gala, marking their first major public event together!” EXTRATV reported.
The event was attended by some of the biggest names in the music industry and had over 75 stars in attendance.
Herbert took his team, the Los Angeles Chargers, to the playoffs this season. However, their journey was cut short in the wild-card round against the New England Patriots. Herbert and Co. failed against the Patriots’ defense.
The game ended 16-3, and the Chargers were knocked out of the Super Bowl race. The team that beat them has now made it to the Super Bowl, where they’ll face the Seattle Seahawks for the trophy.
Herbert struggled in the game, going 19 of 31 for 159 yards without a touchdown. That performance wasn’t the most accurate reflection of how he had played throughout the season. The quarterback has plenty to learn from and bounce back in the next season. But for now, he’s enjoying life and attending high-profile events with his girlfriend.
Mike McDaniel Praised Justin Herbert
The Chargers have a new offensive coordinator in Mike McDaniel. Previously, he was the head coach of the Miami Dolphins and now joins the Chargers in a role he is more familiar with.
McDaniel has a plan for Herbert when the next season starts. More importantly, he believes Herbert is the right quarterback for him and is someone he deeply admires.
“He was in high spirits and just excited about attacking something. You lose in the playoffs, in the first round, it’s a lot of work that you feel kind of like you have an empty stomach,” McDaniel SAID Tuesday. “That hunger, I could hear it in his voice.”
McDaniel believes that Herbert is nowhere near his ceiling and there’s still a lot that he can achieve. Moving forward, that’ll be one of his goals as the new offensive coordinator.
