“Gonna Drive Bill Self to Retirement”: Fans Slam Tyran Stokes’ Money Flex

Tyran Stokes has been one of the most valued and talked about players in the offseason. He was touted as a potential addition to Mark Pope’s Kentucky for weeks. There were even rumors that Tyran Stokes had rejected Kansas. The reason speculated was that he does not like Adidas, being a Nike athlete.

Subsequently, Kentucky and Oregon, being Nike schools, had the edge. However, those were only rumors. Stokes announced his commitment to Kansas on April 28, sending the Wildcats fans into despair. Soon after his commitment, he was quick to share his feelings about his new team.

Recently, he shared a post on Instagram, which included pictures from recent days, and flexed some cash in his hands. The fans were not really impressed with that picture and shared negative comments.

“The kid that is gonna drive Bill Self to retirement. If he thought Darryn Peterson was a lot of work, he’s seen nothing yet lol,” one fan stated.

“Look at how off putting this guy is, he’s spreading money like a thug, let me post it on my account without saying what i’m implying cause everyone should know. that way i can gaslight with plausible deniability if anyone even thinks to question me. that’ll get some engagement,” another fan blamed.

“Man if you don’t put that rent money away,” another mocked.

“Someone help him flex. This is one semester’s textbooks,” one fan exposed Stokes.

“A whole $1000. Wow. So much money. I mean thats incredible how much money that is,” another fan said sarcastically.

“I don’t wanna say the kid is going to be a bust but this has bust written all over it,” another mocked.
