    “Come To Miami” “Texas Obviously”: Fans Debate As 5-Star Defensive Standout Teases Commitment Decision

    Being a five-star prospect and the No. 1 in the position could mean that certain prospects are choosing between some of the top schools around the country, This is happening to Class of 2028 defensive lineman Tyzon Swann, who can choose to go to any school he wants, from Auburn to Penn State to Ohio State. On3’s Hayes Fawcett has asked where should the No. 1 DL from the Class of 2028 go?

    Ranked No. 6 overall by On3 rivals, the henry E. Lackey High School star is also entertaining offers from Texas, Florida, Miami, Notre Dame, Texas A&M, Colorado and more, and fans have voiced their opinions on where he should go.  However, Swann himself replied to the post and teased where he should go:

    “Where’s Home 🏡?” he asked.

    Fans simply replied:

    “Texas obviously,” one fan replied.

    “If you want to win, come to Miami.” one Canes supporter tweeted.

    “Come HOME to your Husker Nation FAMILY Tyzon! Be a part of something SPECIAL brewing in Lincoln, or be a part of something routine somewhere else. Come make a DIFFERENCE!,” one Nebraska fan said.

    “ND looks to be the best fit: this guy is real smart and will respond well to a coach like Marcus Freeman.,” one Notre Dame supporter answered.

    “Maryland boy! Go to the Gators! Ask Joe Haden,” a Florida fan added.

    “UCLA, let’s gooo. Bruins nation coming on strong 🐻,” a Bruins fan commented.

    As for his comment of “home,” Tyzon Swann is from Maryland, and he may be teasing he could be going with the Terrapins for now.

    Top 2028 DL Tyzon Swann Fresh Off Visit To Auburn

    As for how his actual recruiting is going, Tyzon Swann is still going through the recruitment process and visiting schools. Over the weekend, the No. 1 DL went to Auburn and spoke with Auburn Undercover about the visit, and he seems very positive about the school.

    “Auburn is definitely up there. Auburn is definitely high on my end,” Tyzon Swann said. “They’re definitely a favorite — I love it here. I don’t want to leave, it’s great.”

    For now, the recruitment is ongoing, and he is still considering his options. He is actually a dual threat star, but he excels more as a defensive lineman, getting 135 tackles, with 50 for a loss last season.
