    Andre Agassi’s Ex-Coach Reveals True Feelings About American’s Upcoming Docuseries

    Eight-time Grand Slam champion and former World No. 1 Andre Agassi’s complicated and exhilarating life, both on and off the court, will be featured in a multi-part docuseries on Apple TV, following the streamer’s greenlight to director Chris Smith for the highly anticipated project.

    Previously, Smith’s production house produced the critically acclaimed ‘Tiger King’ docuseries on Netflix and is now set to produce Agassi’s documentary series. Smith has also directed notable documentaries, including ‘Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond’, ‘Wham!’ and ‘Devo’, so fans are eagerly awaiting his direction of the tennis legend’s docuseries.

    Agassi’s former coach, who is currently coaching World No. 2 Jannik Sinner alongside Simone Vagnozzi, Darren Cahill was excited for the release of the docuseries since Apple TV officially announced it. Sharing a poster from the series on his Instagram story, Cahill wrote, “Can’t wait @agassi @justingimelstob @appletv.”

    Stacy Smith, who has worked and produced HBO’s 100 Foot Wave and Netflix’s Mr McMahon, is the executive producer of the docuseries alongside Agassi’s friend and former ATP pro Justin Gimelstob, who was also mentioned in Cahill’s story.
    Agassi is a renowned figure in the sport who has garnered numerous honors, including the career Grand Slam and the career Golden Slam, as well as over 60 ATP events won during his professional playing career.

    Andre Agassi Reminisced The Historic Exhibition Game at the Burj Al Arab

    Agassi recently visited Dubai, UAE, and shared an image of himself smiling towards the camera while the beautifully purple-lit iconic Burj Al Arab could be seen in the background. The subsequent images in his social media post showcase zoomed versions of the background till he points out the helipad where he played the historic exhibition game against Roger Federer in 2005.

    Agassi’s professional tennis career spanned almost two decades, during which the American reached the World No. 1 ranking in April 1995, won numerous accolades, and placed 14th in all-time career earnings.
    He was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2011. Agassi’s docuseries is expected to be highly anticipated by fans and former tour rivals alike.
