Wrestling World Team Trials 2026: Schedule, How to Watch, and Notable Entries ft. Spencer Lee and Jax Forrest

The Senior Wrestling World Team Trials are here, and aspiring wrestlers are all set to display their American glory to the fullest on May 14-15 in Louisville, Kentucky, to secure a spot on Team USA. Men’s and women’s wrestlers will now have another chance to take a shot at reserving a place on the American team after some, unfortunately, did not perform to their best during the US Open.

Over 40 senior women’s and men’s freestyle wrestlers are scheduled to compete at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center with an aim to secure a spot at the final five spots at Final X. Five weight classes will be in action within the men’s division and seven brackets from the women’s division, each of whom will go up against the 2026 U.S. Open champion in a best-of-three series.

Notable wrestlers like Jax Forrest, Spencer Lee, and many others are set to be in action, with each wrestler walking in with an individual goal to reclaim their stature. The majority of the lineup is composed of wrestlers who have shone brightly within their national boundaries already, and a win at the upcoming trials will finally hand them the chance to represent their country abroad.

Listed below are all the necessary details needed to get the complete All-American experience of the wrestling trials.
