Pan-Am Wrestling men’s and women’s freestyle complete results: Levi Haines and Wyatt Hendrickson lead USA to 16 golds

The Pan-Am Wrestling Championship has witnessed some of the greatest freestyle action in recent history, where wrestlers from both the men’s and women’s divisions displayed pioneering levels of grit, discipline, and courage, propelling many promising talents to new heights with gold and silver wrapped around their waists. Team USA has once again bagged a record number of gold at the Xtream Arena in Coralville, Iowa, across both divisions.

The American men’s division remained unbeaten during the opening session and saw a startling night of action across weight classes, dominated by American powerhouses like Levi Haines and Wyatt Hendrickson, who stole the show with a performance for the ages. The 2025 World champion gold medalist, Trint Hilday, at 92 kg, stood out as the sole athlete to have earned the dominant title of the evening, where he decimated most of his opponents via technical fall that ended with 11-0, following which he went on to secure point-based scores that held him at a record 46-2 at the end to secure him a gold.

In the Pan-Am Wrestling American women’s division, Kylie Welker proved to be the standout whose journey to gold has been the most revered one. Welker came in strong during the opening session and was immediately put up against former Olympic bronze medalists, who were, however, no match for the Hawkeye’s wrestling prowess. After securing the gold at 76 kg, Welker was also awarded the Golden Boot Award.

The women’s round robin brackets also saw towering performances led by Team USA’s Abigail Nette at 59 kg and Kayla Miracle at 65 kg, who secured the gold after being undefeated.

Here are the complete results of Team USA from the 2026 Pan-Am Championship:
