Nebraska Volleyball players Harper Murray, Andi Jackson, and Bergen Reilly expressed their admiration for former Husker Merritt Beason. The ex-opposite hitter for the Big Red Team recently shared an adorable picture of herself amid her season with the Omaha Supernovas in the Major League Volleyball.
Beason shared a few pictures from what seemed to be a restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska. She opted for a black one-shoulder top, which also featured a long attached scarf in the back. She paired the top with black denim. Beason complemented her outfit with minimal and dainty jewellery, including ear hoops, bracelets, and rings. She completed her look with a stylish sling bag. Sharing the classy pictures on Instagram, Beason wrote:
“Take a seat.”
Reilly reacted in the comments section, writing:
“I’m sat.”
Her Omaha Supernovas teammate Brooke Nuneviller also added a few emojis, expressing her love for Beason.
“🫢🫢🥵.”
Andi Jackson peened her disbelief, writing:
“ARE YOU KIDDING ME😍😍😍.”
“Mommy.”
“😍😍😍”
“Sh*t”“Mommy”
“So stunning!!”
“Wow wow wow,” Skyler Pierce chimed in.

Meritt Beason joined Major League Volleyball after concluding her collegiate career with the Huskers in 2024, where she earned her third consecutive AVCA All-Region honor.
Nebraska Volleyball’s Harper Murray Opens Up On Why No Player From The Program Entered The Transfer Portal
Nebraska Volleyball’s Harper Murray shared her opinion on why no Husker entered the transfer portal, crediting the legendary former coach John Cook. She highlighted the culture built by him and thanked him for leaving the program in the capable hands of Dani Busboom Kelly.
“I feel like that attests to the culture and the tradition that John built over the past 24, 25 years. I feel like we all trust him to replace him with someone like Dani, and we all trusted that he would put someone in his position to make us successful, and we all knew that Dani would be able to do that, and I also think Dani has an amazing reputation in the volleyball world,” said Murray.“She’s done so much at Louisville, and we all saw that happen, like we’ve played Louisville in the past. We’ve seen what she’s been able to do with their program, so I think it was easy for us to trust that she’d be able to bring us success too,” she added.
Coach Busboom Kelly joined the Nebraska Volleyball team on January 29, 2025.
