Brooke Nuneviller Compares Pro Volleyball’s Rise to Caitlin Clark’s Impact, Highlights Harper Murray, Andi Jackson & 2027 Stars

Omaha Supernovas’ Brooke Nuneviller recently discussed Harper Murray, Andi Jackson, and Olivia Babcock’s impact on professional volleyball. Nuneviller competed at the University of Oregon before joining the Supernovas of the Major League Volleyball.

She recently highlighted the rise of women’s basketball due to top collegiate players like Caitlin Clark, Paige Bueckers, and Sabrina Ionescu. She opined that, similar to the expansion of the WNBA, women’s professional volleyball will also evolve with the entrance of current influential players, such as Murray, Babcock, and Jackson. Nuneviller expressed her confidence in the rise of pro volleyball in 2027 after the entrance of current junior players.

Clark generated massive revenue through merchandise as her jersey was the top seller in the WNBA. Her presence boosted the league’s economy by 25% in 2024.

Omaha Supernovas’ Brooke Nuneviller Reveals The Team’s Goal For The 2026 Season

Brooke Nuneviller opened up on her team’s goal for the 2026 season, saying that although the ultimate goal is to win the national championship, the team is focusing on gradual growth every day.
“I think we walked in day one, and Luca asked us what our goals were and naturally, the first thing that comes up is winning a national championship and winning the whole thing and a million-dollar match, all that. Then we got that out of the way, and he said, all right, perfect. That’s established. We don’t need to ever talk about that. I think like when that’s something that you talk about every single day like this, pressure just gets built up,” Brooke Nuneviller said in an interview with Hurrdat Sports.
The Omaha Supernovas have won their first two games against San Diego Mojo and Columbus Fury. They will next compete against Atlanta Vibe on Friday, January 16, at the Chi Health Center.
