Brock Lesnar’s Daughter Mya Proudly Reacts As He Shares Emotional Message About His Legacy

Brock Lesnar’s daughter, Mya, reacted to her father’s emotional message in which he expressed pride in his children. Lesnar has four kids: a daughter, Mya, and three sons, Duke, Turk, and Luke.

While Mya competes for the track and field team at Colorado State, the three boys play ice hockey. The 16-year-old Turk is a defenseman for the Calgary Rockies under-17 hockey team, while Duke was drafted by the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League.

In a recent media interview, Lesnar highlighted his children’s success and said his kids mean more to him than his championships.

“For me, none of my championships or none of my accolades, they all mean nothing,” Lesnar said. “It means nothing to me. My kids are my legacy… I mean, in today’s dark a** world that we are living in, if you can come out and have good kids… I take a lot of pride in that. when  parents come to me and say, ‘Man, your boys are really respectful,’ Man, that just that pumps my tires.”

Mya reacted to her father’s message by simply adding two heart emojis on her Instagram stories.

Brock Lesnar’s daughter Mya is both an indoor and outdoor NCAA champion in shot put. She won the indoor title at the 2024 edition and followed it with the outdoor NCAA championship in 2025 after registering a throw of 19.01m.

In an interview uploaded by the Colorado State Rams in June 2025, she credited her successful performances to her CSU coaches and teammates.

“I am very, very happy with the progress that I’ve made at CSU,” she said. “Brian Bedard has been an amazing coach, and without the help of my family, friends, and teammates, it would have been much more difficult to manage the emotional roller coasters of being an elite competitor.”
