Former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady took shots at Joe Burrow during the draft for the Fanatics Flag Football Classic on Wednesday night. On Thursday, a video of the incident was posted by TMZ TV on Instagram.
On stage, standing with host Kevin Hart and other NFL players, Brady made a reference to Burrow’s team name, Wildcats FFC.
“That is what they called Joe (Burrow) the other night at those Oscar parties… the Wildcat,” Brady quipped.
He did not stop there.
“At least he is (Joe Burrow) here, no fashion shows to attend to,” Brady said.
He was referring to Burrow frequently attending fashion events and his role as a brand ambassador for Alo.
The trolling from Brady came shortly after Burrow was spotted by paparazzi leaving the Vanity Fair Oscars Party at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Sunday.
He was seen riding shotgun in a black SUV. In the backseat, Alix Earle, singer Tate McRae and influencer Stassie Karanikolaou were seated.
In the pictures, first posted by Deuxmoi, Burrow tried to hide his face from the cameras.
Tom Brady was previously linked with Earle after they were first spotted on New Year’s eve in St. Barts. The two were once again spotted at Fanatics’ party during Super Bowl weekend in San Francisco on Feb. 7.
More recently, both attended the Zero Bond launch at the Wynn Las Vegas on March 7. However, insiders reported that Brady actually left the event before Earle arrived.

During her red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight, Alix Earle was asked the standard celebrity fluff question, “Who are you dying to get a selfie with tonight?”
“Honestly, no one. I’m just, like, maybe I’ll get someone’s number or something?” Earle said. “Maybe I could meet someone.”
She confirmed her split with NFL wide receiver Braxton Berrios in December before her first spotting with Tom Brady. She revealed about the breakup in an emotional TikTok video.
After Berrios signed with the Houston Texans, the couple struggled to maintain a long-distance relationship between Texas and Earle’s base in Los Angeles/Miami.
In late February, the two ran into each other at the Palm Tree Festival in Aspen.
