IN PICS: Rob Gronkowski’s GF Camille Kostek Poses in Bikini Top for SI Swimsuit While Marking Major Career Milestone

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit has released the cover of former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski’s girlfriend, Camille Kostek, for the 2026 issue. The sports magazine posted Kostek’s picture on Instagram on Tuesday, showing the supermodel posing in a cream-coloured, structured bikini top.

She paired it with a cut-out one-piece with sleeves for the right hand.
The look was completed with high-waisted, off-white linen pants. Her blonde hair was kept open. The swimsuit was from Myra Swim, and the shoot was photographed by Ruven Afanador in Botswana.

In 2026, Camille Kostek made a comeback for her ninth consecutive appearance in the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

However, the full issue is not hitting newsstands until May.

Since winning the first-ever Swim Search in 2018 and landing the cover in 2019, she has become one of the most consistent legends in the magazine’s history. She has also stayed actively involved with the brand. On Feb. 5, Kostek co-hosted SiriusXM’s “Under The Swimfluence” during Super Bowl LX weekend.

For her 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit feature, Camille Kostek shot at an elevation of 12,000 feet in the Swiss Alps.

One of her favorites from the shoot featured a metallic light blue triangle bikini by Norma Kamali, paired with a matching blue fur jacket and cherry red INUIKII boots.

In another shot, she posed on a snowmobile wearing a bronze sequined Norma Kamali bikini underneath a Goldbergh ski suit.

This followed her being named an official SI Swimsuit Legend during the 60th Anniversary celebration in 2024. Before foraying into swimsuit modeling with Sports Illustrated, Camille Kostek was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots.

While she was on the squad from 2013 to 2014, Kostek met Rob Gronkowski at a Goodwill charity event. Since there is no fraternization policy between players and cheerleaders, they had to keep their relationship a secret.

The couple went public with their relationship in 2015.
