Titans Next Head Coach Odds: Top 5 Candidates Tennessee Needs to Target Right Now Ft. Robert Saleh

Since firing head coach Brian Callahan back in October, the Tennessee Titans have remained without a coach throughout the rest of the season. Their search for a new head coach is still ongoing, though they now have one less option as the biggest name on the market, former Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, is now off the market after taking the Giants coaching job. So who should be the next Titans head coach?

5 Possible Tennessee Titans Head Coaches

    Robert Saleh

With John Harbaugh gone, Robert Saleh is now one of the likeliest head coaches for Tennessee, and the Titans are not shy about wanting him. The San Francisco 49ers’ defensive coordinator is currently scheduled to be interviewed by the Titans on Sunday, and many believe he could get the job. Saleh used to be the head coach of the New York Jets, but that was a doomed experiment from the start, and Saleh could turn things around.

    Mike McDaniel

As soon as the Miami Dolphins fired Mike McDaniel, the Tennessee Titans showed interest, as he has shown that he could lead a team to the playoffs. While he has not yet won a single playoff game with the Dolphins, many attributed his bad seasons with the team to the team’s lack of a good quarterback. With Cam Ward, he might not have that problem.

    Kevin Stefanski

While Stefanski is a two-time coach of the year winner, his time with the Cleveland Browns has many questioning his acumen. Still, he is a very viable coach and one of the most-desired names that are currently free agents right now. A quarterback-friendly coach, he might be a good match for Cam Ward.

    Brian Daboll

Another good quarterback coach, Brian Daboll, is great at developing quarterbacks, with him getting credit for the likes of Josh Allen and Jaxson Dart. With Cam Ward showing what he can do last year, he could be a good pickup as head coach if the Titans want a team centered around their young and talented quarterback.

    Raheem Morris

The former Atlanta Falcons head coach is more of a defensive mind, but he might be able to make things work. However, Tennessee might want him more as a defensive coordinator, rather than a head coach, given how his tenure at Atlanta turned out.
