Matthew Stafford and Travis Kelce are opponents in a football stadium, but the two were friends on Friday as Stafford and his wife, Kelly, attended Kelce and Taylor Swift’s wedding. The closed-door event at Madison Square Garden was seemingly intentionally kept as private as possible, but pictures have slowly trickled out.
Kelly gave one notable glimpse into the event in a post on Instagram on Saturday. The post included half a dozen photos of Kelly. Most included Matthew as the couple posed for pictures in front of a view into what appeared to be New York. One picture showed Kelly using a vintage video camera, while another showed a black-and-white view of one of the tables. She included a caption with her pictures.
“A night that reminded us all just how lucky we are to have found our person. ❤️,” she wrote.
With Friday in the rear-view mirror and Swift and Kelce married, the next time the Staffords see the couple will likely be when the Chiefs and Rams meet for a preseason battle on Aug. 15.

Swift’s wedding was seemingly the last major milestone of the offseason. With the offseason drawing to a close, the couple will be transitioning from parties to business meetings and from vacations to work trips. Fans can only wait to see what will happen next for the Staffords.
