Stefon Diggs’ Chef Mila Adams Claims Former Patriots WR Made Massive Six-Figure Offer To Recant Lawsuit

Stefon Diggs received an overwhelming amount of attention in the lead-up to the Super Bowl. Some credited him with helping the New England Patriots survive the playoffs as long as the team did. Others believed he was huge in dethroning the Buffalo Bills in the AFC East. However, with his Patriots run at its end, Diggs now faces another problem stemming from allegations of assault in relation to a December 2025 incident.

Diggs’ personal chef, Mila Adams, accused the wide receiver of getting physical during an argument about unpaid wages and personal tension, according to a Monday report by WBLS. Video from the trial appears to have surfaced, including an alleged $100,000 offer from Diggs to Adams to recant a statement, seemingly referencing the lawsuit. Adams was seen giving the statement in court in the Tuesday video via “Law & Crime,” FearBuck and Lauren Conlin on X.

“Mr. Diggs offered me $100,000 to recant my statement,” she said.

Diggs, 32, has earned $157.1 million in his NFL career. The wide receiver essentially was accused of offering the $0.1 million to seemingly make the case go away. While putting the accusations behind him is seemingly on his list of priorities, adding another contract to counter the lawsuit would go a long way.

Stefon Diggs Landing Spots Dry Up At NFL Draft

Before the NFL draft, Stefon Diggs had several potential options. However, most of the teams in the NFL with wide receiver vacancies solved the problem at the event near the end of April. Options still exist, but the quantity of options for the Super Bowl receiver has gotten smaller.

Perhaps the best landing spot left in the league is the Washington Commanders. The team let Deebo Samuel go after the 2025 season, and did not invest heavily at wide receiver in the NFL draft.

Currently, Luke McCaffrey is the player most likely to be the WR2 for the squad. However, after posting just 203 yards in 2025, the Commanders might want some extra cushion. Diggs can provide that after coming off a season in which he earned 1,013 yards and four touchdowns.
