Rob Gronkowski’s girlfriend, Camille Kostek, shared photos on Instagram Wednesday while celebrating the launch party for the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in New York City. The event was held on May 14, which also happened to be Gronkowski’s birthday.
In the comments section, an Instagram user named Tata asked Kostek, “You are pregnant?”
“No? What makes you ask?” Kostek replied. “Just the ruching design on the dress. Glad I could clarify the question.”
For the event, the SI Swimsuit model wore a mid-length dusty mauve cocktail dress made from shiny satin fabric. The dress featured a deep V-neckline with structured lapel-style details near the bust and light ruching around the waist that created a fitted look.She paired the outfit with dark burgundy pointed-toe heels. Her long blonde hair was styled in loose beach waves.
Kostek appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue for the ninth straight year. Her latest photoshoot took place in Botswana.
The shoot was photographed by Ruven Afanador in partnership with Abercrombie & Kent. The production was held at Stanley’s Camp and Baines’ Lodge.
Kostek modeled swimwear from brands including Zimmermann, BANANHOT, Taller Marmo, Blackbough Swim, Medina Swimwear and Monday Swimwear.
She first gained attention after winning the magazine’s Swim Search casting call in 2018 and later landed the cover in 2019 as a rookie.
Kostek also earned “legend” status during the magazine’s 60th anniversary celebration.
Kostek and Gronkowski have been dating since 2015.
The couple first met in November 2013 at a New England Patriots Thanksgiving charity event. At the time, Kostek was a cheerleader for the team and Gronkowski was its star tight end.
They publicly confirmed their relationship in September 2015.

Camille Kostek revealed she would likely wear a blue gown if she attended Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s rumored wedding on July 3.
She made the comments during the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue launch on May 14, where she was asked about Gronk’s possible invite.
The speculation about Rob Gronkowski making it to the Kelce-Swift wedding guest list started in April. He joked that his “lips are sealed” about whether he was invited. However, Gronowski added that Kelce should include him because he “brings the juice to the dance floor.”
