Buffalo Bills quaterback Josh Allen’s wife, Hailee Steinfeld, shared an unfiltered picture of herself in her May 15 newsletter, Beau Society, which is published weekly on Substack.
In the photo, Steinfeld posed for a mirror-selfie at home gym. She sat on a black, folding workout mat that was laid out across a speckled floor.
The “Sinners” star wore an oversized black crewneck t-shirt with form-fitting black athletic leggings. She paired it with light blue and white athletic sneakers with dark crew socks. A light-colored fitness tracker or smartwatch was on her right wrist.Her dark hair is pulled back into a neat ponytail.
“My body has gone through a lot of change recently, so I’m taking it slow while I figure out what my workout routine will look like moving forward,” she wrote in the caption. “But any time the weather is nice enough to get outside, I’ll get out for a quick walk. If that’s not an option, I’m on the treadmill, or the stairmaster — which I’m really into right now. A lot of you have asked if I listen to music when I work out, and I don’t really! I prefer a few minutes of silence. As for what I’m wearing during workouts, it’s normally an oversized t-shirt.”
What could me made out of the mirror-selfie, Steinfeld’s gym has a black functional trainer/cable machine with a built-in pull-up bar stands against the wall. Plus, a white Pilates reformer machine was positioned parallel to the glass doors.

In her May 15 Beau Society newsletter published on Substack, Hailee Steinfeld shared that ever since she gave birth, she has been trying to find time to get dressed in the mornings. The Hollywood star also shared that she has been leaning toward simple and comfortable matching sets.
“As I attempt to figure out how to actually carve out dedicated time for getting dressed in the mornings, I’ve been loving the simplicity of a good set,” she wrote.
Steinfeld specifically mentioned the brand Eleven Eleven, joking that she likes the name because 11 is her lucky number.
“It’s not PJs … but basically,” she added.
Steinfeld said she has been wearing the brand’s striped matching set often because of how comfortable it is. She also revealed that the outfit has received compliments during Zoom calls.
“I think it gives the illusion of a real outfit,” she joked.
Steinfeld currently owns the long-pants version of the set but hinted that she may also buy the shorts version soon.
