Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson’s fiancée, Haley Cavinder, appeared in an Instagram Reel on Wednesday with her twin sister, Hanna Cavinder, and hinted at their upcoming venture.
Haley, who soon is going to tie the knot with Ferguson, wore a light blue and white floral-print two-piece bikini. The top featured an underwire balconette style with thin straps, Meanwhile, the bottoms had a v-front style.
Meanwhile, Hanna wore a white and black animal-print (likely cow or dalmatian spot) bikini.
“Our go-to debloat drink for summer, coming in August,” Haley and Hanna teased in the caption.
The video featured the pair preparing what they called their “Zee Blow” drink.
“Guys, this is how we make our Zee Blow drink,” Hanna said. “I’m going in with pomegranate and watermelon lime.”
Haley then praised the drink’s effects, saying, “I’m not kidding. It makes my stomach feel like those ‘morning skinny’ girls. You guys know what I’m talking about throughout the whole day.”
Hanna added, “I drink like three of these a day. It feels insane and it actually tastes good.”
The teaser for the “de-bloat drink” came after Haley celebrated her bridal shower. On May 10, she posted a series of pictures on Instagram from the bash.
Before this, Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson hosted a massive joint bachelor and bachelorette party in the Bahamas in March. The couple opted for a combined celebration at Baker’s Bay Ocean and Golf Club.
The group flew down on a private jet, with Haley jokingly defending the joint party by saying, “Sorry, we like to party together.”

Guests slated for their April 10 wedding in Lake Como, Italy, received an email stating the couple had made the “very difficult decision” to cancel.
It looks like Cavinder and Ferguson’s wedding is just around the corner. Their registries point to a ceremony in Florida on June 20, 2026.

Jake Ferguson’s fiancée, Haley Cavinder, opted for a bicycle ride during her getaway to British Virgin Islands with her twin sister, Hanna Cavinder. For the activity, she opted for a botanical-themed bikini, which consisted of shades of green, teal and brown.
Haley posted the snippet of her bike ride in string swimsuit via Instagram on May 3.
“Chasing the sun til I burn out🌞🏝️🐚,” she wrote in the caption.
Jake Ferguson was delighted with her appearance.
“🔥❤️,” he wrote in the comments section.
