As the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots are well aware, the Super Bowl awaits. With the contest on the horizon, a litany of decisions is to be made regarding personnel, scheduling and various arrangements.
One decision that will directly affect the look of the contest will be the uniforms worn on the gridiron in Santa Clara at Super Bowl 60. Here’s a look at what both teams have decided for their units.
What Uniforms Will Be Worn By Seattle Seahawks?
According to a Friday Instagram post by the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle will wear its blue, grey and green variant. It wore the uniform six times in 2025 and didn’t lose a single contest, per a Saturday ESPN report.
The helmets, jerseys and pants will be College navy, including hints of neon green in the form of a stripe up the leg on the outside and neon green on the outside part of the shoulder pads.
What Uniforms Will Be Worn By New England Patriots?
Mike Vrabel was asked about the uniform choice at a press conference in a video clip via 98.5 The Sports Hub. He announced the team chose to wear white, joking about his views of the decision having no effect on the outcome of the contest.
“We had to pick blue or white and we went with white,” Vrabel said. “I guess the blue would have been a good idea. As long as we’ve got a uniform on. I went through this with the uniform police in Tennessee. I try not to get too involved with it. We’re the home team. We get to choose, guys like the white uniforms.”
A reporter remarked that New England is 5-0 this season with the white uniforms.
“There we go,” Vrabel said. “I hope the tooth fairy comes tonight, too. We’ll be real excited.”
The uniforms will be all-white with light grey helmets, white jerseys and white pants. With the Super Bowl taking place in Santa Clara in 2025, no snow is expected, ruling out the camouflage advantage consideration, with the minor exception of the white lines on the field.
The Super Bowl will take place on Feb. 8 at 6:30 p.m. EST.
