The 2026 NFL Combine begins today, February 23 and will run for a week, ending next Monday, March 2.
Over the course of the next seven days, 319 prospects will showcase their skills through events and drills such as the 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, 60-yard shuttle, bench press, vertical jump, three-come drill, broad jump, and position-specific drills.
In addition to workouts, prospects will also go through multiple interviews with team brass members, will undergo medical evaluation, and will speak to the media throughout the week.
Drills and on-field workouts will take place from Thursday, Feb. 26-Sunday, Mar. 1.
Here’s a schedule of the full events and dates for those events for the 2026 NFL Combine:
-Thursday, Feb. 26: kickers, defensive lineman, and linebackers work out
-Friday, Feb. 27: tight ends and defensive backs work out
-Saturday, Feb. 28: quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers work out
-Sunday, Mar. 1: Offensive lineman workout
Many of the top college prospects will be at the NFL Combine to help boost their draft stock while other much lesser-known prospects will look for the combine to help boost their stock as well.

Each year, many talented football players are welcomed to the NFL with a lot of them coming in by the way of the NFL Draft. This year’s draft is expected to be no different.
The new College Football Playoff format allows fans to see more of and get a better idea of who some of the top prospects are going to be in the NFL the following year.
Quarterbacks are typically viewed a little differently than the other positions, having been the position drafted first overall in 21 of the last 28 drafts. A quarterback has gone No. overall in seven of the last eight drafts.
