Myles Garrett’s GF Chloe Kim Celebrates Browns Star’s DPOY Honors With 2-Word Message

Myles Garrett won the Defensive Player of the Year 2025 title at the NFL Honors event. Even though the official announcement happened yesterday, no one had any doubt that Garrett was going to win.

The Cleveland Browns’ defensive end had put up one of the most dominant defensive performances in league history. He broke the all-time season sack record with 23 sacks this season and was going to be the obvious choice for the honor.

This is Garrett’s second DPOY title in the last three years. Garrett has been on a dream run in recent years. While he continues to dominate the field, Garrett has a lot of support behind him from people closest to him.

After his win, his girlfriend Chloe Kim reposted the graphic from the NFL on her Instagram story and added a two-word message.

    “Soooo major!!” Kim wrote.

Kim, a snowboarder, couldn’t attend the event as she is busy preparing for the Winter Olympics. This will be her third Olympic appearance, and she is not leaving any stone unturned during her preparation for the global event.

Even though she missed the ceremony, Kim made sure the world knew how proud she was of Garrett’s achievement. The Browns star attended the event with his parents, and they posed for cameras on the red carpet.

Garrett wore a cowboy-inspired outfit to the event and delivered a powerful speech after winning the unanimous Defensive Player of the Year title.

Myles Garrett Gets Compared to Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo is arguably one of the best players in the history of the NBA. His dominant run with the Milwaukee Bucks, where he won an NBA title and two MVPs, will be remembered for a long time.

So, being compared to Antetokounmpo should be a compliment for any athlete. However, in the context provided by Puka Nacua, it’s more of a diss than a compliment.

During an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Nacua jokingly compared Garrett to Antetokounmpo as someone notorious for igniting trade rumors. The Bucks superstar has been hinting at a possible trade for a long time, and the anticipation peaked during the recent NBA trade deadline.

“Him [Giannis Antetokounmpo] and Myles Garrett, like, ‘I hate it, I don’t want to be here.’ And then, ‘Hey look, I’m back guys’,” Nacua said.

Garrett has hinted at being unhappy in Cleveland and has stirred the NFL trade rumor market for a while. As of now, he’s still with the Browns, and Antetokounmpo is still with the Bucks.
