Former LSU teammates Joe Burrow and Justin Jefferson walked the red carpet at 2026 Met Gala on Monday.
Joe Burrow’s Outfit:
Joe Burrow was dressed in a navy blue, double-breasted suit jacket with same-colored trousers. The jacket consisted of black frog-clasp embroidery across the front. His look gave off the vibe of a Victorian era. Burrow nailed the outfit with a necklace and black dress shoes.
Justin Jefferson’s Outfit:
Justin Jefferson wore a long, black trench-style coat, which extended past his knees. It featured padded shoulders with white-rimmed detailing.
Beneath the coat, he wore a white shirt with a black tie that featured a white graphic. For the bottoms, he sported wide-leg black trousers with white distressed detailing near the knee and picked polished black leather shoes.
For accessories, Jefferson opted for a large watch and rings.
On Monday, Burrow revealed while speaking to an interviewer that he and Jefferson spent their morning watching “Sex and the City” before arriving for the event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
“I’m here with my friend, we went to college together, so it’s always great to be with him,” he said. “I met cool people, nice to come… We watched ‘Sex And The City’ & spent time together.”
Both players made their Met Gala debut in May 2025.
For their last year’s apperance, Burrow wore a blueish-gray tailored suit with his ice-blue sunglasses. Meanwhile, Jefferson rocked an oversized grey suit with puffy shoulders and a lower brooch.
Joe Burrow and Justin Jefferson was drafted in 2020. Currently, Burrow plays with the Bengals and Jefferson is with the Vikings.

Following his appearance at the 2026 Met Gala, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was spotted at a New York City after-party with his girlfriend, Olivia Ponton.
Burrow changed his red-carpet navy suit into a more casual white tank top and pants. Meanwhile, Ponton wore a corset-style top and mini-skirt with gladiator heels.
Before this, the couple attended Kentucky Derby Eve Gala on Friday.
