Jake Ferguson’s Dallas Cowboys had a tumultuous 2025 season. The team struggled during several stretches of the season and finished second in the NFC East with a 7-9-1 record and missed the playoffs for the second year in a row.
The Cowboys had their moments throughout the season. Their quarterback, Dak Prescott, had a great year. He finished the season with 4,552 yards and 30 touchdowns with 10 interceptions and completed 67.3% of his passes.
Ferguson also had a good run. He played 17 games, had 82 receptions for 600 yards and eight touchdowns. The tight end, in the fourth year of his NFL career, all with the Cowboys, also received his second Pro Bowl nod.
Ferguson remained one of the most popular players on his team, partly because of the outpouring of support he received from his girlfriend, Haley Cavinder, throughout the season. Cavinder, also an athlete, is a massive social media star.
Outside of her relationship with the Cowboys TE, Cavinder has been steadily building her social media presence and a career in modeling. She was recently featured on a digital issue of SI Swimsuit.
Cavinder recently posted a media dump on Instagram, showing behind-the-scenes of her shoot with SI Swimsuit.
“Sorry for the spam these past couple of days — last BTS post from the best day at @si_swimsuit,” she wrote. “So grateful to be a cover girl?!!! This has been a dream of mine for so long, and I’m beyond thankful for the team who made it possible.”
She thanked and tagged all the people responsible for making her dream come true. Cavinder wasn’t the only NFL WAG to be featured on the SI Swimsuit issue.

SI Swimsuit recently launched its digital issue for February. There were six NFL WAGs who received their digital SI Swimsuit cover. They also attended a party with their significant others to celebrate the launch.
Alongside Cavinder, Christen Goff, wife of Jared Goff, Ronika Love, wife of Jordan Love, Brittany Mahomes, wife of Patrick Mahomes, Claire Kittle, wife of George Kittle, and Normani, fiancée of DK Metcalf, are also on the SI Swimsuit cover.
Unlike Christen, who has been an SI Swimsuit model in the past, this was Cavinder’s first time working with the company. It’s a major leap for her as she continues to build her modeling brand.
