“He’s an Idiot”: Fans Debate Rob Gronkowski’s Statement as he Claims to Avoid $60,000 Airline Travel

Rob Gronkowski has sparked a debate about airline travel online after claiming that he avoids private plane travel and instead takes commercial flights across the country, unlike many other celebrities. According to Gronk, he’s been able to save a significant amount of money by making the decision.

“Flying commercial across country, I mean it’s a four to six hour flight. You can definitely get one of those lay down beds now where you can close the door. You have your own pod. You can lay down, you got a blanket, you got a pillow, internet, you get meals that are delicious, all the channels on the TV, and 300 movies to choose from,” Gronkowski said.

“Let me tell you, that absolutely beats a private plane going across the country. It’s a thousand bucks compared to $60,000 or $70,000.”

Fans quickly reacted in the comments, with several agreeing with the former NFL tight end, while others were quick to point out that he might have got his numbers mixed up.
