Donald Trump has proven to be one of the most unpopular presidents in history, with him having an approval rating of 38%. Still, his rabid supporters will cheer him on no matter what, be it his involvement with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein or increasing gas prices with his war on Iran. This also did not stop New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart from being the one to introduce him during a function in New York.
Not many people were happy with Dart introducing the controversial and unpopular president, and that includes one of his own teammates, particularly one tasked to protect him. Giants linebacker Abdul Carter called his teammate out on X, saying that he initially thought it was AI. As it turned out, it was not.
“thought this sh!t was AI, what we doing man,” tweeted Abdul Carter.
As expected, this had a mixed reaction, with some fans cheering on Carter, while the MAGA faithful are as vitriolic as ever.
“He is enjoying his political freedom. It’s mind boggling you call out a teammate over political views rather than how bad your team was. Worry about winning games.” one Republican said.
“Dart might be the dumbest QB we have ever seen,” one fan said.
“What the f*ck is going on with my football team,” one Giants fan said.
“Dart went to ole miss, this is par for the course 🤷🏾♂️,” another fan stated.
“Hurts would never do this to you btw Come to the right side,” one Eagles fan chimed in.
“As a Giants fan I’m so disgusted and disappointed? Why would he even do some shit like this? He just ruined the whole lockerroom camaraderie before the season has even begun. I’m sorry you have to deal with this, Abdul. 😔😔😔 you deserve better.” said another.
New Orleans Saints Star Also Calls Out Jaxson Dart
It was not just Abdul Carter who called out Jaxson Dart, but also New Orleans Saints star Cam Jordan, who referenced something that LSU head coach Lane Kiffin said regarding the previous school he worked for,
“😂😂😂😂 sounds bout ole miss,” he said.
Kiffin previously revealed that one of the reasons he left Ole Miss was because the school refused to leave its segregationist past, This connected to Trump, as the president has often been accused of racist behavior himself.
