Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt is making headlines again for all the wrong reasons. He was involved in a car crash in November. Earlier this month, he pleaded guilty to reckless driving.
He also pleaded guilty to driving with a restricted license for a separate incident that occurred in September. Recently, footage of his incident from November has surfaced, which paints the full picture.
In the video, his car can be seen rear-ending a parked car. The collision caused Taylor-Britt’s car to flip. The incident occurred late at night, which is why no one came to immediately help him out.
Meghan Mongillo of WKRC-TV posted the clip of the crash on X.
“The black jeep is registered to Bengal’s Cam Taylor Britt. It happened 11/15 the day before he suffered season-ending injury (11/16) According to the crash report, Taylor-Britt is listed as backseat passenger. Covington police say no one was arrested/charged,” she wrote.
In response, fans criticized the cornerback, and some even demanded strict action against Taylor-Britt for his reckless behavior.
“Lmao how drunk you gotta be to do this,” a fan wrote.
“Ask any Middletown law enforcement officer about him,” a fan wrote.
“Cut him,” a fan wrote.
“Jail just for being dumb and arrogant,” a fan wrote.
“Day before the game and he was out at 3AM,” a fan wrote.
“He was def the driver,” a fan wrote.
It’s worth noting that in the official crash report, Taylor-Britt was listed as a passenger. However, that hasn’t stopped fans from drawing their own conclusions and coming up with theories, alleging that it’s a strategy of his to get away with a light punishment.
Cincinnati Bengals Season Struggles Continue
The Cincinnati Bengals are one of the struggling teams in the league today. They finished the 2025-26 season with a 6-11 record, finishing third in the AFC North. Once again, the Bengals failed to make the playoffs.
They haven’t been able to register a 10-win season since 2023. During the 2022-23 season, they registered 12 wins and just four losses, topping the AFC North chart. Since then, the franchise has been in decline.
Instances like Taylor-Britt’s car crash and the legal drama that follows only add to their misery. Since 2015, they’ve only been to the playoffs twice. Although they’re sticking with head coach Zac Taylor, the Bengals need to make some changes to be in the title race again.
