Broncos’ Garett Bolles Receives Praise as Gesture to Stranded Woman Goes Viral

Denver Broncos offensive tackle Garett Bolles is going viral on social media. On Monday, a video of the Pro Bowler became the talk of the town, highlighting his off-field personality.

In the clip, we see Bolles helping out a woman on the highway. She apparently had a flat tire during the drive. That is when the offensive tackle decided to step up and offer to change the tire. The offensive tackle sat on the ground while explaining the process to the woman.

This heartwarming gesture caught the attention of fans who heaped praise on the Broncos player online.

“Loyal to his team and his city. Can’t ask for anything else,” one fan commented.

“The consensus among fans is that Bolles has completely flipped his reputation over the last few years. Many people overlook how much these small off-field gestures actually build locker room culture and community respect,” another fan said.

“Respect. Nice to see pro athletes helping out in the community,” a fan wrote.

“Love to see it. Bolles has always been a high-character guy off the field,” another fan said.

“That’s the kind of thing that doesn’t get headlines enough, just someone using their time to help without thinking twice and it ends up meaning everything to someone else,” a fan commented.

Taking a look at Garett Bolles’ NFL career

Garett Bolles played JUCO football for Snow College for two years (2014-2015). He then transferred to play for the Utah Utes, where he spent one season. The Denver Broncos drafted the offensive tackle with the 20th overall pick in the 2017 NFL draft.

Bolles has solidified himself as a key player on the Broncos roster over the years. In nine seasons, he’s played in 133 total games and has recorded 8,658 offensive snaps. He was honored as a Pro Bowler last season after the team qualified for the playoffs as the AFC West champions before losing to the New England Patriots in the conference championship.

Garett Bolles still has two years remaining on the four-year, $82 million extension he signed in 2024. Can he go on to compete in the Super Bowl with the Broncos before his contract expires?
