The Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini story is getting hotter by the day, and now it appears that the billionaire owner of the New England Patriots has been dragged into the ongoing drama.
Robert Kraft, who has spent over three decades owning the Patriots, has come into the spotlight for not pulling the plug on Vrabel’s appointment despite the accusations of an extra-marital affair with ex-ESPN journalist, Dianna Russini, with question marks over the handling of the incident.
And now, well known sports columnist and radio journalist, Rob Barker has let loose on the Patriots owner for the mishandling of the situation.
Barker made it clear that the reason Robert Kraft is not in the Pro Football Hall of Fame despite winning six Championships is that he continues to accept cheating and dishonesty as a part of his franchise’s growth.
The fiery rant was directed at Kraft’s willingness to keep a coach who chose to ruin his own family as well as Russini’s family by continuing the alleged affair and that Kraft must take responsibility for the same.
Robert Kraft’s Patriots Legacy
Despite the ongoing saga, Robert Kraft has already left a lasting legacy in the NFL. Owner of the Patriots since 1994, he has won six Super Bowls and is hoping for Mike Vrabel to use his skills on the pitch to help him get number seven.
Kraft also owns a team in the MLS called New England Revolution, and has a net worth of $11.1 Billion, per Forbes.
