Pittsburgh Steelers’ veteran quarterback, after signing a one-year deal back in June 2025, helped his side reach the playoffs only to succumb to the Houston Texans in their wildcard encounter.
However, off the field, Rodgers’ personal life caught the attention of a lot of people online. NFL reporter Ryan Glasspiegel recently pointed out how Rodgers, despite wearing a wedding ring all season, has not yet publicly revealed who his wife is.
Ryan’s observation saw a lot of fans agree in unison as they reacted to his situation on X, writing:
“He’s married to the game”, wrote a fan.
“He is probably married to a secret society. A woman so rich and powerful that peasants like us will never know”, stated a fan.
“oh you wouldn’t know her, she doesn’t go here”, said a fan.
“He’s married to Football dammit!”, remarked a fan.
“I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he is just messing with the media and committed to the bit”, commented a fan.
“Im sure she doesnt talk to him anymore, just like the rest of the fam”, wrote another fan.
“Brittani is a Bartman-like interview get”, stated another fan.
“I’m trying to be less cynical so I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt that she’s a real person”, commented another fan.
Rodgers, despite maintaining a low-key personal life, reportedly married his wife, Brittani, in 2025 after being in a relationship since 2024.
Rodgers to Decide on 2026 NFL Return After Consulting His Wife
Despite keeping his marital life private, Rodgers’ wife, Brittani, plays an important role in the veteran quarterback’s on-field and overall career decisions, too. In a recent interview ahead of the Steelers’ week 18 game this season, Rodgers addressed the question surrounding his potential return to the 2026 NFL season.
He revealed how he’s yet to make that call, and it’s a decision that he will take after consulting his wife down the line.
“You know, obviously I’ll talk to my wife, and then hopefully that’s a decision down the line, but I’m not really going to talk about right now,” Rodgers stated.
Early reports from NFL insider Ian Rapoport suggested that Rodgers has been open to a return for the next season, but a not-so-ideal performance against the Texans in his last playoff outing could influence the Steelers to rethink their choice of fielding a 43-year-old QB come next season.
