Will Wade has returned to the LSU Tigers for his second stint. His return brought a lot of questions about the decision. There were doubts over whether LSU and Wade have made the right decision. Earlier interviews showed that Wade is not phased by those doubts.
In his interviews, he made sure to announce his strategy in the transfer portal. For this second stint, Wade is heavily reliant on international recruits for his LSU team. LSU has added 5 new players to the mix and a lot of them are international stars.
Guards Kansas State transfer Abdi Bashir Jr, Michigan State transfer Divine Ugochukwu, Kentucky transfer forward Mouhamed Dioubate, and Brazilian center whom Mark Pope recruited, Marcio Santos. Now Wade has added another piece from the EuroLeague.
LSU Tigers are reportedly spent $5 million for 25 year old Yam Madar. 6’3 Israeli guard was picked as the 47th overall pick in the 2020 NBA draft by the Boston Celtics. He has played for Hapoel Tel Aviv, Partizan, Fenerbahce, Bayern Munich and again Hapoel Tel Aviv before signing a lucrative deal with LSU.

Fans did not like the new signing and demanded more regulations from the NCAA around new players.
“Age cut off for NCAA should be 23 unless there’s extreme circumstances,” one fan demanded.
“10 years of eligibility were promised to him 3000 years ago it’s fine,” one fan said sarcastically.
“We know how and why that happened. Don’t leave out his background,” another fan speculated.
“Lord have mercy lol go Huskies,” another said.
“This is embarrassing,” one fan commented.
“Mind you that draft class just wrapped up their SIXTH season in the NBA,” another noted.
“Not our fault. Talk to the ncaa who turns their heads to this. We need to field a team somehow lol,” one LSU fan defended.
“Same NBA draft class of Anthony Edwards, LaMelo Ball, Tyrese Haliburton btw,” another commented.
