Did Tyran Stokes Give Kentucky False Hope? Insider Gives Truth on “Trolling” Allegation

Tyran Stokes has announced his commitment to the Kansas Jayhawks and its probably the decision that Kentucky dreaded the most. Stokes has been linked with the Wildcats for a while now, but it started becoming clear pretty soon that he had only one true destination in mind.

Stokes has been giving Kentucky fans some hope regardless, but it appears that it was nothing more than some false hope, as things turned out.

Because insider Jon Rothstein has now confirmed that Stokes was only “trolling” Kentucky on purpose, giving their fans and probably even Mark Pope the belief that he was close committing to them.

The fact that Stokes signed his paperwork for the Kansas commitment even before taking a visit to Lexington, Kentucky means that the 5-star recruit was indeed just having some fun at the expense of the Kentucky fans and management, which definitely isn’t a good look.

It isn’t a good look for Stokes, but considering his demand, it probably looks worse on the Kentucky management, who appeared to be excited about the possibility of having Stokes in their team.

    Fans Comment on Stokes’ Shenanigans
