Bill Self has been bleeding players in the transfer portal left and right, and this includes one of his most promising freshman bigs, Bryson Tiller. The power forward is actually attracting a lot of attention from other schools as he has tremendous potential, even though he lived in the shadow of Flory Bidunga during his freshman year.
As a starter, Tiller averaged 7.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game, making him a very attractive recruitment target for his defensive prowess. With Bidunga in the wings and him manning the post, Kansas had a potent frontline combo.
However, with both of them now having entered the transfer portal, where would Tiller go? Reports indicate that he now has several schools he might go to and will probably pick one of them.

Michigan Wolverines
They are the reigning national champions, but with Yazel Lendeborg entering the NBA draft and the team losing that legendary Wolverines frontline in an instant to eligibility, Dusty May may be tapping into the transfer portal and getting some quality replacements to fill some holes.
This could include Bryson Tiller, who could be a potent addition to an already formidable team.
Arizona Wildcats
After reaching the Final Four, the Arizona Wildcats are expected to lose freshman power forward Koa Peat to the NBA draft, leaving a gaping hole in the No. 4 spot.
This is where Bryson Tiller could come in, as the big man could do what Peat had been doing over at Tucson quite well. He could also be able get well with whoever is left over there after the transfer portal closes later this month.
Miami Hurricanes
The Miami Hurricanes have been one of the most improved teams of the season, and this comes after a disastrous 2024-25 season that became one of the team’s worst-ever performances. With that development could come better changes for the basketball program, and this is where Bryson Tiller could finally shine as a dominant presence in the paint.
While he played with other stars at Kansas, he did not shine as much, but things could change should he go with the Canes.
