Deion Sanders’ Colorado lost one of its most important offensive tackles, Jordan Seaton, who was among the program’s highest-ranked signees in a long time.
Seaton arrived at the Buffaloes campus before the 2024 season and was given the starting left tackle role immediately. After spending two years with the program, Seaton announced on Instagram that he is entering the transfer portal.
The former 5-star recruit has reportedly set $2.5M as his starting ask price and has gathered interest from Texas, Oregon, and LSU.
As Seaton posed with Lane Kiffin at LSU right before his Oregon visit, fans online shared their reactions.
“Always a red flag if they rushing you into making a decision that only affects your life and development they clearly don’t care about what’s best for you they only wanna use you for their benefit. @JordanSeaton,” one fan reacted.
“This will be interesting. Either Seaton will cancel on his next visit or decide it’s actually his life and explore whatever is best for him. I’m thinking he will visit Oregon and not be controlled by Lane,” another fan said.
“Probably Gonna Give Him 7 Million,” another fan boldly added.
“I’m sure he will be going to so many classes huh … like LSU wouldn’t have some kind of work around in place with slimy Lane running the show now,” another fan wrote.
“Guess one year under unfaithful Lane isn’t bad, if the NFL drops an huge offer he’ll be on the first flight out,” another fan predicted.
“wait, so he’s in baton rouge but heading to oregon? like, what’s the deal? dinner at supper club? sounds fancy but also chaotic, right?” another fan highlighted.
Insider Weighs In on Jordan Seaton’s Recruitment Process at LSU
Matt Moscona, an LSU beat writer, offered insight on Jordan Seaton’s recruitment process with Lane Kiffin on Monday.
The insider shared that LSU is pushing for Seaton’s commitment and revealed that while the ex-Colorado star is expected to be in Oregon on Monday, the Tigers have planned his itinerary that stretches through Monday, which includes a private dinner at Supper Club.
However, Moscona later shared that the dinner on Monday night has been canceled, which confirms the 5-star OT’s Oregon visit.
