USC wide receiver Ja’Kobi Lane might have fallen victim to locker room theft. The receiver returned to his locker room only to see his cleats and gear stolen.
Lane went on social media and blamed three-star recruit Brawley Tuitupou, who was on a visit. He wrote:
“This kid stole my cleats and a bunch of stuff from the sc locker room. All yall kids out there just know this is simply unacceptable.”
Brawley Tuitupou comes from Mountain View High School in Orem, Utah. Several FBS programs have actively recruited him. According to recruiting reports, Tuitupou visited the University of Southern California on November 8, 2025, coinciding with USC’s game against Northwestern during the fall football season.
Tuitupou announced additional official visits to other schools, including Tennessee and Oregon, later in November 2025. He is part of the Class of 2027.
