Curt Cignetti Responds to Pat McAfee After Indy 500 Appearance Draws Attention

Curt Cignetti was living his best life as he took to the wheel and drove around in preparation for the Indy 500 event, with the actual race going off just as well for the Indiana Hoosiers head coach.

Cignetti looked at home as he teamed up with Sarah Fisher in a Chevrolet Corvette, with Pat McAfee noticing something even better behind the Natty winning coach and taking to social media to tell the world about just how he felt.

“It’s not everyday you see a Black Hawk helicopter chasing you in your rear view mirror” – Curt Cignetti, probably, McAfee said, suggesting he felt similar to everyone else watching about just how cool this moment was.

Soon after getting out of the car and enjoying his time around the circuit, Cignetti chose to respond to the former NFL kicker, explaining just how locked in the former JMU coach was.

Cignetti clarified saying – “Rear view mirror was disabled. Have to keep your eye on the bullseye!”

“You’re very good at keeping your eye on the prize, coach!” one fan commented.

“Fast, Physical, Relentless with an emphasis today on FAST…..175 MPH.,” another said.

“You’re a very brave man, coach Cignetti! You looked good behind the wheel of that beast,” another comment said.

““Coach, how do you feel after winning a nati?” “On to Mississippi Valley State.” Legend,” another fan said.

Finally, one fan commented with – “It’s good that the Corvette’s rearview mirror is electronic. Otherwise, you would have had to physically rip it off, which might have made somebody angry.”
