“Stop lying”: Fans Go Ballistic After Fever GM Applauds Caitlin Clark’s Major WNBA Recognition

When a player is as big as Caitlin Clark, every moment of their life is under the microscope. This season is no different. Every disagreement and argument on the court has brought in multiple speculations.

Many have suspected a rift between the Fever management and Clark. However, head coach Stephanie White as well as Clark have come out to put an end to all the rumors, saying they both respect each other. They claim that their arguments are very normal which come from competitiveness and a similar desire to win together.

Despite all the noise, one thing rarely changes. That is Clark’s quality. She has once again performed at the highest level. For her tremendous performances this week, she won WNBA player of the week. After this honor, Fever GM Amber Cox shared a message via her X account.

“What a week! So proud of CC,” she posted.

Many fans, still believing in differences between Clark and the Fever management, felt that the reaction was not genuine.

“Amber, Its so too late. You just cant go back from the fumble you have cause. Best thing for you and the FO Is to gracefully quit,” another fan stated.

“Where was the support when Caitlin was getting hammered by the media? Crickets then. Fake support from FO,” another questioned.

“Then let Caitlin continue running the offense,” one fan demanded.

“Then start treating her like you’re proud of her,” another fan said.

“You and the other 3 goons in your organization. Not one of you should have anything to do with any relating to basketball,” another accused.

Clark averaged 25.3 points, 6.7 assists and 4.3 rebounds this week.
