Bleacher Report reported in October 2025 that Reese “made history as the first active pro athlete to be selected as an Angel for Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.”
On Tuesday, @LateshaJerome tweeted that Reese was voted “prettiest female athlete in the USA.” The claim, re-posted by @Hoopss, quickly went viral.
The X account from the fan who posted the original tweet no longer exists, hence her source could not be verified. There is another site on the same platform that did a survey on whether Reese is the prettiest USA female athlete. The voting, which started on Tuesday, lasts until the following day. So far, 62.5% of the participants voted yes.
Roughly a month ago, an Instagram user under the handle @davidavocadowolfe also posted the same claim. He shared a report that Reese had won the same honor without naming the source of the award.
Last year, @Hoopss also gave a list of “the most beautiful basketball players.” Topping that list was Reese, while Rickea Jackson and Gabby Williams finished second and third, respectively. DiJonai Carrington (4) and Lexie Brown (5) rounded out the top 5.

The viral tweet about Angel Reese being voted by fans as the “Prettiest Female Athlete in the USA” quickly made a buzz, prompting many to react. One fan said:
