Cameron Brink Devastated After 5-Year-Old Liam Ramos Detained by ICE in Minnesota

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency recently detained a 5-year-old boy named Liam Ramos in Minnesota, leading to widespread outrage, and WNBA star Cameron Brink has joined the conversation. The ICE operations have been under scrutiny for quite some time now, especially after some agents reportedly shot a woman named Renee Good during their operations.

The LA Sparks forward’s defensive capabilities have set her apart in the league in two seasons, even though she suffered a major ACL tear in 2024. She returned in 2025 but mainly played off the bench and did not seem fully recovered, averaging 5.1 points and 4.3 rebounds.

Expressing her feelings about the Liam Ramos event, Brink reshared a post that showed the kid on Instagram. She also added heartbreak emojis in the story.

Fans on X noticed Brink’s activity on social media and praised her for standing up with the victim. A fan wrote:

President Donald Trump has reportedly increased the budget, powers, and purview of the ICE agency after returning to White House last year. However, the agency, which enforces immigration laws and conducts investigations into undocumented immigration, has given rise to protests in various areas of the country due to its operations.

Cameron Brink is currently playing in the 3X3 Unrivaled league for Breeze BC, after missing its inaugural season due to her ACL tear in 2024. She is a fashion icon in the WNBA, and fans often praise her for her style statements off the court.
